helpful staff lovely painting good breakfast turned-off air conditioning no on-site parking dirty dishes

The staff displayed such kindness! they were helpful and polite. the room was beautifully decorated, and i loved the paintings. breakfast was good. The menu had so many options, and the breads were lovely.

I found the air conditioners turned off, and there were no fans. i asked about this, and they said it was not allowed because of the time of year. the hotel description indicated parking was available, but it was not actually on the hotel.

artistic and comfortable stay

helpful staff large room convenient access

the hotel staff were helpful. my room was very large and clean. the location allowed convenient access to various city attractions. i found the available tram lines quite useful for getting around.

i noticed the breakfast offerings were consistently the same each day. while fresh fruit was available, a little variation would be welcomed. i think this could improve the overall dining experience.

Dining

8/10

the breakfast area had a good selection of fresh fruit and juices. various bread options and hot items were available daily. i thought the coffee machine provided a consistent and reliable caffeine fix each morning.

Location

the hotel is near public transport options, including tram lines. the neighborhood felt safe, with convenient access to local shops. i also saw several restaurants within walking distance of the premises.

Facilities

8/10

the hotel offered a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw that the reception area provided 24-hour service. an elevator was present, though it required navigating stairs for some room levels.
